Newton Parking Structures Ltd. and MMMC Architects recently collaborated on this exciting design-build project with the University of Windsor. The project includes a 7-storey 1,055-car parking structure utilizing Newton Parking Structure’s innovative parking system and an adjacent 40,600 sq ft 2-storey Innovation Centre.

The Innovation Centre houses the new Entrepreneurship Practice and Innovation Centre (EPICentre) as well as the new home of Campus Community Police, Parking Services, the Family Credit Union, and select University administrative offices.
