Parkview Meadows enjoys a peaceful country location but were on a land-locked site, with the need for more retirement living suites. County Council approved the closure on an unused portion of Town Centre Road to allow for expansion to take place. MMMC prepared an initial Feasibility Study evaluating design options, managed the preparation of a cost estimate and assisted in the land negotiation with the County.

The addition is designed to complement the existing Southview building. There are 37 independent assisted living suites ranging in size from 300 square foot studio suites to larger one-bedroom apartments with associated resident amenities and staff support spaces. A new main entrance has been created for all Southview residents that also provides direct access to an outdoor courtyard. The dining room has also expanded.
