The permanent home of the Grand River Community Health Centre (GRCHC) was officially opened on June 19th by Minister of Health, Deb Matthews in Brantford, Ontario. Located in the city core, the $2.6M project is the successful adaptive reuse of a collection of once derelict historic buildings. Project Architect, Patrick Trottier, was commended at the Grand Opening for his thoughtful and beautiful design. The GRCHC provides community-based primary health care and pursues wellness, health promotion, and community development initiatives in Brantford and the County of Brant.
