Anthony Bateson

Managing Director | Architect

Anthony brings over 20 years of architectural experience, with much of that time focused on developing innovative long-term care and specialized healthcare environments. Since joining MMMC in 2011, he has led the design and delivery of several complex, large-scale LTC projects, each of which were carefully crafted to balance operational requirements, sustainability goals, and the needs of residents, staff, and communities.

He is known for translating client priorities into clear, practical, and well-resolved design solutions. Anthony’s team leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and collaborative approach make him a trusted partner to clients and consultants throughout the course of a project.

As Managing Director, Anthony balances business leadership with a strong understanding of professional architectural practice, ensuring that creative, technical, and commercial objectives are aligned.
