Following a merger of this congregation with another, the church was sold and converted to apartments in 1998. Thirteen rental apartments – from a 485 sq ft bachelor to  1,400 s ft 2-Bedroom – were created.

Since the church has a low eave, the upper apartments, with lofts, are above the eave line. New gables provide windows to the second floor living areas, with skylights giving daylight to the loft bedrooms. Stained glass windows were retained where possible.

A two-storey Sunday School wing at the rear was demolished, to offer on-site parking. The lower 5′ of the exterior walls of the old wing were retained to contain the parking area.
