Pleasant Manor

MMMC was pleased to collaborate with Radiant Care on the redevelopment of Pleasant Manor LTC in Virgil, Ontario.  The design reflects Radiant Care’s core values of love, respect, quality, excellence, faith, community, empathy, accountability and leadership.

The new 3-storey, 160-bed home features small home areas with a focus on community feel and universal accessibility. The spacious entrance features a fireplace lounge, sitting area and reception.  A combination chapel/multi-purpose room allows for large gatherings with access to an exterior courtyard.

The design considers and carefully integrates enhanced IPAC measures. These measures allow for the increased separation and protection, of both staff and residents helping to limit the spread of infectious disease.
