Saint Luke’s Place

MMMC is collaborating with Saint Luke’s Place on development of a new 192-bed, 6 storey long-term care facility to meet current Ministry design standards and enhanced IPAC measures. Currently in design, the new long-term care facility will be constructed adjacent to the existing buildings. A new state-of-the-art kitchen will be constructed and approximately 10,800 sq ft of internal renovations.  The existing LTC home will remain in full operation throughout construction to avoid the downsizing of services to residents.
