Georgian Traditions – Addition of Retirement + Assisted Living

MMMC was retained by Chartwell to oversee an addition of 27 suites to the existing Georgian Traditions retirement residence. The addition is three storeys in height and comprised of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom retirement assisted living “Memory Care” suites. A portion of the existing first floor was renovated to create 12 assisted living suites: 11 studio suites and one two-bedroom suite.

The addition is served by a number of amenities including a new wellness centre, dining area, activity room and lounge.
