Ballycliffe

The new 224-bed Ballycliffe was constructed adjacent to the existing 100-bed home, which remained fully operational throughout the construction of the new home. The proximity of the two homes provides for a smooth transition of operations from the existing facilities to the new building. The construction of the new, bright four-storey building includes sequentially phased civil services – power, water, storm and sanitary; grading, asphalt parking areas and landscape site improvements with enclosed landscaped courtyards.
