Beauclaire

The Orleans Beauclaire project was successfully developed as a single-phase construction on a 2.56-acre greenfield site. This 320-bed prototype design is a five-storey, non-combustible structure featuring a partial basement, classified as an OBC High Building.

The facility is thoughtfully organized into ten 32-bed Resident Home Areas (RHAs), which include a dedicated secure care unit. Each RHA is designed with open common areas at the entrance and integrated wandering loops to support resident mobility and safety. On the first floor, an inviting main entrance opens into vibrant community gathering spaces, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors alike.

To ensure efficient operations, all building support services are located on the basement level. These services utilize a discreet elevator system that provides direct access to the RHAs, effectively separating service logistics from public circulation areas. The exterior environment is anchored by a large, landscaped secure courtyard, providing a safe outdoor retreat.

The façade features traditional brick masonry at the first-floor level, transitioning to modern Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) panels from the second through the fifth floors.

The bright, new home welcomed residents in May 2026.
