A new 122-unit, 4-storey Retirement Residence, complementing the existing facility of similar size. Phase 2 building is equipped with dining and entertainment spaces providing comfortable and fully accessible environment, based on Universal Design Principles.
The new structure includes 24 studio units, 65 one-bedroom apartments, 33 two-bedroom apartments.
The new building is connected with a generous first story link on ground level and in the basement level, extending and enhancing services available to the residents of the whole development. Design addresses the sensibilities and qualities of the existing building and to further the Town of Orangeville.
It is completed with attractive landscape spaces, connecting the site to the neighbouring conservation area.
