Carolyn Bilson

Design Director | Architect

Carolyn is a design-focused architect with over 20 years of experience delivering care, residential, and recreational projects across Ontario. She is recognized for her leadership in long-term care and seniors’ housing, including the creation of forward-thinking long-term care homes, dementia care environments, and integrated campuses of care.

Carolyn excels at identifying innovative opportunities within project constraints and programmatic needs. She has a special interest in designing to meet the daily needs of occupants and the operational needs of staff.  Her work focuses on developing strong, collaborative relationships with clients while ensuring the quality execution of each design.

As Design Director, Carolyn oversees design vision, innovation, and quality across all projects, guiding conceptual design, advising on emerging trends, and aligning design outcomes with client expectations.
