MMMC designed the base building and interior fit up of the UWindsor Innovation Centre. The Innovation Centre is home to the new Entrepreneurship Practice and Innovation Centre (EPICentre)  –  a collaboration between the Odette School of Business and the Office of Research and Innovation Services providing a space and mentoring for new businesses. The Innovation Centre also houses Campus Community Police, Parking Services, the Family Credit Union, and select University administrative offices.

Connected by a pedestrian walkaway is the 7-storey, 1,055 car parking structure, utilizing Newton Parking Structure’s innovative parking system.
