MMMC Architects designed Sunnyside Home, a 263-bed municipally owned LTC facility that opened in 2004.  Within Sunnyside is the K-W Senior’s Day Program which leases space from the Region of Waterloo.

The K-W Seniors Day Program space is located adjacent to the auditorium to allow for shared useage of a large part of the auditorium with the limited leased, day program space.  A children’s co-op also uses the auditorium and outdoor playground during the week providing opportunities for inter-generational programs.
