This 84 unit seniors’ residential building is the third phase of the continuum of care site in Waterloo. It is connected to a Parkwood’s 96 bed long-term care home.

Promoting a philosophy of community, the three floors of assisted supportive living units share a central dining room located on the second floor. An outdoor terrace is adjacent to the dining area, providing views into the adjacent countryside.

Independent living units on the upper two floors are fully equipped apartment-like units with additional features to assist residents with activities of daily living. Essentially designed as barrier-free suites every unit is accessible/adaptable to the needs of wheelchair bound residents.

A wellness centre with therapy pool, exercise room and clinic room is an integral part of this new facility. Other amenities include billiards room, craft room, computer lab.
